Everett's indoor skatepark was home to many northwest skateboarders. There wasn't anything to skate in Seattle at the time. So, for the cold winter months, it was either Everett or Olympia, This was Mirco in 1978.

The location was a old run down ice skating arena.

I believe this was a start ramp for the ramps that faced each other, making a long half-pipe. Notice how small Micro was at this time. I was told that he entered a contest as a 12 year old, when he was actually 13 or 14. He took first place...
