Port Angeles, WA

Todd getting a classic frontside grind on opening day.

This pocket felt like it had 6 foot tranny, with two feet of oververt, about 8 feet tall. It was whippy, and with the sides cut straight down, they limited how much one could carve.

Rail, and wall ride in the background. There's more to PA than meets the eyes.

Carl had no trouble getting up on the coping in this bowl. However, because it's so smooth, his flat spotted wheels were extra noisy.(photo by Jim Anderson)

Nick said that the bowl was so fast, that he was able to get his airs higher than ever.(photo by Jim Anderson)

This bowl is deep. It feels like 10 feet (9 and 1).(photo by Jim Anderson)

I didn't do much, but frontside grind. I was always looking over my shoulder for some kids rolling in on me.(photo by Jim Anderson)
