First ramp that Andy ever built (Located at Andy's house). Required a spotter to hold the ramp when someone did a grind, to prevent it from tipping over. Later they put wheels on it and put it upagainst a wall at Bainbrige HS. (Click photo for larger image).
On Fir acres road. Andy didn't actually build this ramp!(Click photo for larger image).

The Strawberry Hill Ramp was only there for two years. And was located right where current Bainbridge Island skatepark is now. It was built in 3 - 8 foot wide sections so that it could be taken apart so that the large tanks that were located below the ground (under the ramp), could be accessed (The place was some sort of storage facility). The city was willing to fund the construction of the ramp. The ramp had 9.5 foot transitions with a 1 foot of vert. The ramp was a destination for many skaters of that era, and even some pros came thru rode this ramp

It was built for $3,000 by Andy Caro and crew, who also taught skate lessons on the ramp. It all came to an end, when after 2 years someone got hurt and the city got worried about liability, so they cut it up with a chain saw, much to Andy's dismay (He was on vacation at the time it happened).

It was also in a movie called, "Shredder Orpheus". Some sort of Greek Mythology movie with skateboard. Notice below. I did some checking and ordered the video.
