The bowls. I think the deepest it get's is 8 feet.
The street. With banks to transfer from the bowls.
The spine isn't finished yet, but you can see the pipe coping in place. Basically the tall walls on the left (8ft) have no opposing walls of the same side. Not a good design. There should always be opposing walls of the same height or higher.
An update. Park construction has been haulted. Hopefully these problems will be fixed. (Photo from Mark Ward)
